 Uses

This Scepter can probably used as a weapon to trap or slow down enemies, as it fires very quickly and places sticky webs that apply slowness.

Charge

The Frostweb Scepter is made from Frostweb Charges, dropped by Frostweaver, which are small icy spiders from Lycanites Mobs.

Crafting 

The Frostweb Scepter is crafted with two blaze rods in a handle shape similar to a pickaxe, shovel, or hoe, surrounded completely by Frostweb Charges. ru:Frostweb Scepter
