Magma Jellyfish are a fish added by Advanced Fishing, not to be confused with other Jellyfish.
Obtaining
Magma Jellyfish can be obtained by using a Blazing Fishing Pole on lava in any biome.
Usage
Consumption
Magma jellyfish can be consumed to gain one hunger point. However, they will also give poison III for 15 seconds, Nausea II for 10 seconds and light the player on fire for a short time.

Magma Jellyfish can be turned into Magma Cream
A Magma Jellyfish and a Bucket can be crafted into a Lava Bucket
Furnace
Magma Jellyfish can be cooked into Cooked Fish
