The Stone of Greater Inertia is a very rare drop from Infernal tier Infernal Mobs (Name in orange). When equipped gives the player vastly increased movement speed and jump height also gives 50% knockback resistance and finally 75% fall damage resistance.
Considered to be the most rare and elusive baubles in the game and also one of the best. The odds of it dropping are 1 in 58 in from the highest tier of Infernal Mobs item pool, Infernal mobs always drop 2 items from their loot pool which makes it more attainable, however Infernal mobs only have a 1 in 1000 chance to spawn instead of a normal mob vs the 1 in 20 for the Rare type...
