The Water Jet Scepter is a Magic staff from Lycanites Mobs that weakens a target's armor and defense.

Uses

The Water Jet Scepter fires a beam of concentrated water from the user that slowly damages enemies and applies penetration (which increases the damage the target takes). This Scepter also locks on to mobs for you.

Crafting

The Aqua Pulse Scepter is crafted with two Blaze Rods and 7 Water Jet Charges.

Water Jet Charge

The Water Jet Charge is a Consumable item that drops 1-3 from Ioray 100% of the time. It functions the same as the Scepter. It can also be fired from a Dispenser. ru:Water Jet Scepter
