The Aqua Pulse Scepter is a Magic staff from Lycanites Mobs that weakens a target's armor and defense.

Uses

The Aqua Pulse Scepter fires a high pressure water pulse that inflicts the target with penetration (which increases the damage the target takes). In addition, it places a temporary water puddle when colliding with a block.

Crafting

The Aqua Pulse Scepter is crafted with two Blaze Rods and 7 Aqua Pulse Charges.
