The Ring of the Dwarves Can be found in the Lost Cities Dimension in Basement Chests.

"When Equipped the Player is 3/4 the Normal Size, Mining Speed is improved, can Gain Exp from mining stone, and has a Pseudo fortune effect when equipped with a pickaxe that works without a Fortune Enchantment, If your pickaxe has the Fortune Enchantment the Pseudo Fortune effect stacks with Fortune (Config option to disable). Decreases hitbox by about half.
