The Sea Serpent is a mythological marine creature that spawns in the ocean. This scaly mob comes from the Ice and Fire mod. It is hostile and will kill you easily in early game.
Description
Sea Serpents are hostile mobs that cannot be tamed in any way. They attack by either shooting water beams like a guardian, or biting at close range. Sea Serpents are found in deep oceans. They can also sometimes be found on beaches, which happens because they jump out of water onto land trying to eat a mob. Sea Serpents will often jump high out of the water which deals very heavy damage when it hits a mob. This leaping move can be dangerous when travelling throughout the ocean via boat or flight.

- Amount and colour depends on Sea Serpent size and colour. This can sometimes be inaccurate (Big sea serpents can still drop scales in the single digits)

Note: these drops are not affected by looting
Trivia
- Prior to 2.9 RLCraft, the teal sea serpent scales were unobtainable from killing sea serpents in anyway. The only way to obtain this specific scale color was from the Shivaxi monument. A very rare structure.
