it differs between the 2 skill mods, Reskillable takes the equivalent of that amount of levels of xp (afaik it's the exp equivalent as in vanilla) while Level Up! Reloaded takes that amount of levels no matter how many levels you have (meaning it's better to use exp to level up those skills as soon as possible since it takes more exp to gain exp levels the higher you get)
