The Yeti is beast-type mob added by Lycanite mobs.

The Yeti is passive, and won't try to kill you if you hit it (which doesn't make much sense considering their size). Yetis can be farmed with vegetables like wheat, and are quite useful for their yeti meat which can make a meal that increases your resistance. Consider bringing these guys into your farm with a tamed Roc. Yetis leave behind a snow cloud which will slow you down, but it won't hurt you. Yetis also can be milked, but the milk they give is no different than the milk cows give.

Yetis are also quite big, with their legs being approximately the size of the player (but their size can vary). Like all mobs, killing baby yetis will yield nothing.
