Eyewig
Eyewigs are incredibly spider-like monsters from Lycanites Mobs that shoot poison from their eyes.
Spawning
Eyewig can spawn in biomes that have the following biome tags:
- Swamp
- Spooky
- Jungle
Eyewig spawners can be found in Continental Shelf Doomlike Dungeons, Dank Doomlike Dungeons, Lush Tombs (Lycanites Dungeon) and Dungeons (Vanilla).
variants
For every Eyewig that spawns, there is a 10% chance for it to be an Uncommon variants. Uncommon Eyewigs can be Azure or Violet. An Azure Eyewig is black with a dark blue eye, and a Violet Eyewig is slightly purple with a pink eye. Uncommon Eyewigs have higher stats than a regular Eyewig. This does not change their behavior.

Eyewigs, like other mobs from Lycanites Mobs, can spawn at higher Levels. Local Area Difficulty can increase the Lvl of an Eyewig.
Taming
Eyewigs can be tamed with Insect Treats.
Mounting
Eyewigs can be mounted with an Insect Saddle. Their special ability allows them to shoot their poison, applying Plague II to the target and damaging it over time.
Behavior
Eyewigs will shoot their enemy with their poison, applying Plague, then they will rush and repeatedly bite while shooting poison, applying Blindness with their bite. ru:Eyewig
