The mechanics of villages in RLCraft are the same as in vanilla Minecraft, with some differences brought by mods such as Charm, Recurrent Complex, and Waystones.
They are useful to players for at least two reasons:
- they contain Waystones, which act as spawn points and allow players to teleport around the world
- they house Villagers, which allow players to trade for high level enchantments
Ice and Fire also adds a new type of Village: the Snow Village, that generates in cold Biomes, and a new type of villager: the Snow Villager.
