Feradon
Feradons are lion-like animals from Lycanites Mobs that leap onto their prey and rip it apart.
Spawning
Feradon can spawn in biomes that have the following biome tags:
- Plains
- Savanna
Feradon can not spawn in biomes that have the following biome tags:
- Snowy
Feradon spawners can be found in Common Doomlike Dungeons and Dungeons (Vanilla).
Variants
For every Feradon that spawns, there is a 10% chance for it to be an Uncommon variants. Uncommon Feradons can be Ashen or Scarlet. An Ashen Feradon is a darkish purple with a light purple mane and blue eyes, and a Scarlet Feradon is bright red all over. Uncommon Feradons have higher stats than a regular Feradon. This does not change their behavior.

Feradons, like other mobs from Lycanites Mobs, can spawn at higher Levels. Local Area Difficulty can increase the Lvl of an Feradon.
Taming
Feradons can be tamed with Beast Treats.
Mounting
Feradons can be mounted with a Beast Saddle Their special ability allows them to leap, dealing damage and applying weakness, making the target do less damage.
Behavior
Feradons will leap at their prey, applying weakness and dealing damage. Feradon walk around flat areas hunting most of the time.
