Soul Powder is an item added by the Quark mod.
When used (right-click) in the Nether Dimension, it will create a spirit that will fly in the direction of the nearest (Vanilla) Nether Fortress.
It can be crafted with 1 Magma Cream and 3 Soul Sand.
It is dropped by Banshees (1% chance to drop 1).
It can be used to craft Burial Arrows.
